Man! A small spaghetti at dinner and 'bump' up goes the weight. The donut for CR didn't help either. That's it! No more donuts for Kathy!!!
188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
