Ok so I didn’t believe all the stuff I’ve read about stress making you gain weight. Last time I was majorly stressed I lost weight... like 30# over 3 months. Chemo was different because they gave me steroids which make you gain but I didn’t gain as much as those around me or past survivors that I knew. Super amounts of stress at home lately. This number should slowly decrease for three next week or two but it’s going up even though I’m still under maintenance AND my body is using more to heal.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
