Back up. The scale was being super annoying this morning. I actually had to hop on to my mom’s to try to get an idea of which figure would be most accurate. Well anyway going to fast till 2-2:30. Hopefully I don’t starve all day like yesterday 😑
153.2 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well eating normal does promote some water gain. you starved yesterday// I guess I missed that one.

Baskington I ate 1100 calories in only like 3 hours yesterday (🤣😅). I felt way better today. No serious hunger pains until 1:30. Having the fatty burger last night probably helped

I would blame the fatty burger 🙊😂, did you sleep good last night?? 1 day you'll lose, 4-6 days you will gain, it's what happen with carbs (water retention) how much are you averaging to lose a week?

Keilin it was probably the burger that made me gain too lol I slept for almost 7 hours last night! I woke up very groggy though. I never pick an amount of weight to lose. I just try to lose as much as possible

So often I eat too late in the day and may go over the plan. I also then fast from eating something first thing in the morning.Just trying to stay under maintenance calories in a 24 hour.

You're doing great! Don't let the scale be a bully. Water weight isn't the enemy and you're not eating enough to gain fat weight.
