This past weekend and the previous couple weeks i noticed a lot of emotional eating and activities that I just had to eat at. Luckily I didn't gain, but then again I haven't lost for the last 3 weeks either. What I noticed was that the more of the bad carbs that I ate the more I wanted. I also notice that my body feels bad the first 3 days after I eat them. I think that I miss them and find that it is not really worth it in the long run. Got back on track Monday and today on Thursday I have had a loss. Back on track and feeling much better!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
