😅 Starting my non keto weight loss with a gain! 😳 hopefully it’s not a bad omen! Lol
153.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol Nikeit it’s funny that you said that because yesterday I drank only 3 cups of water and woke up .6 down! I’m chugging water now though!

so what's your plan? Are you limiting your carbs or going calories? Or just winging it 😳

I’m still limiting carbs. I’m not doing the average CICO. I did that for nearly 20 years. That doesn’t work for my body. If I can (mentally) control my cravings once carbs are in my system then I’ll be able to continue to incorporate them in my diet. I don’t want to go over 100 a day for sure though (that seems to be about as much healthy carbs as I can consume in a day without overly indulging in junk). It’s so hard planing out food. I have to make sure I get enough protein, not too much carbs or fat and not eat junk food (a single snack is ok). Getting enough calories for the day and not feeling stuffed all day is gonna be a challenge. Its easier to hit calorie goals on keto unless I’m eating junk.

ok , try to eat the good carbs, wholesome foods, I tend to retain a lot of water with the processed ones. Walmart has a low carb, low calorie tortillas wraps, if you can see my logged food from yesterday afternoon you will see , I had a big dinner with a little calories and I still was able to have a little bit of baked beans and potatoe salad. (599 calories ) Good luck!
