it's the weekend so I'll eat normally today and tomorrow. I guess I should eat 1400 cals to lose 1-2 lbs a week according to my weight and where I need to be, which is 120... so I need to loose 50ibs. I put on this weight after having twins. ferturnally...that's where the extra 60 actually came from. plus I have an enormous horizontal scar from that C -section which resulted in no feeling from my bellybutton down to the end of my stomach...it doesn't seem to respond to excercise... any advice on my situation is pleasantly welcome :)
170.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
