Weight coming down, Scales working like they should weight lost was fat. Need to come of the Keto somehow but at this stage since my bodyfat is still too high I will continue to ride the weight-loss wave because I know I will put on weight when I begin my bulk but hopefully that will be lean weight.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 156.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
