Stopped eating high fiber cereal for breakfast and started with scrambled eggs again. Dropped a pound so let's hope it was the cereal that stalled me!! I'll miss my cereal but I'll love missing the weight more!!!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Have you completely cut out complex carbs or are you eating them at other times of the day? I may try skipping my beloved cereal in the morning now too since it worked for you.

I still eat them at other times of the day. Just stopped cereal in the AM.
