Thank you all so much😘😘😘 The mini goal was to make 220 before my mini vacation.... 218.6. I nearly jumped off the scale. I'm leaving the pine tree paradise in the Poconos to visit Georgia for 4 days. My biggest fear is coming back with a + in my size(not my weight) I've no idea on how our hosts cook. I'm going to be polite and taste alot I'm sure but I will stash my good stuff(healthy) at the hotel. I couldn't make this kind of progress without my Fat Secret Family.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
