Thanks guys! Feels good to be accomplishing something in my life 😅😅 Baskington. I gained on the 21 and 22. On the 20th I ate 1400 calories and on the 21st I had a lot of protein; 30%+ out of the 1000 calories.

I have been eating more salads instead of other veggies lately. I kinda forgot about salads since I haven’t been reminded with MrsRoboto’s beauty plates regularly
