Thanks @chrisw77 M - F [ AM -> car to van, van to office 4:50 AM - 7 AM -> in a chair in the office for 80% of the time for 9 hours] [ PM -> van to car, car to home 4:20 PM - 7 PM ... I can't just walk in, drop my bag, shower and jump in the bed, not my reality.] Looking at pivot chart data from last year during the 114 days of straight logging (Aug 1 - Nov 22, 2017) with similar activity levels, my Avg Fat 105.21, Avg Net Carb 80.15, Avg Protein 87.21, Avg Calories 1836.01. That is the data. I will get there. @From371to184 - you told me it was hidden in the data and I had to pull it out. You were right. My net carbs are too high. It's not the calories because I am currently almost 100 calories lower with an avg of 1733 for Sept 2018. Time for this breakout!!

Stay with it man! I am currently working through an issue with my weight loss being slowed by what *maybe* high protein intake 'throughout the day' (I suspect that spreading it through the day is the problem because my body may be burning the 120g of protein instead of fat). Anyway, it is frustrating trying stuff and having it not work! We will just support each other! We will figure it out!

Thanks @Scalewatcher3 and @Draglist, I appreciate it. Thanks @chrisw77, 10 to 20 minutes, I can do that. Thanks @baskington. I'm sorry my T-Rex never got out to play like yours, Diddlee, Jennings to name a few carnivores do. It probably is the easiest to do and this whole balance thing could be hampering my efforts. Thanks @adefwebserver. I don't plan to stop logging or quitting any time soon. We just have to keep on keep on.
