Normal expected drop. Again usually only 1/2# and will go up again but I’ll take it ;). Actually since my liveSTRONG group is over it may not go up. No gym today as I have my oncology checkup and PreOp appt today 2.5 hours away. Feel like dog 💩 anyway. Allergies, cold, URI... no clue. Just have this feeling of dread because I believe they’ll postpone the surgery. Hubby gets really busy starting next week until Christmas and my dr shuts down from thanksgiving to new year to go visit family and travel. Not only that, I woke up really hungry. 2 days after a stomach virus, tummy rolling kind of hungry. I’ll be having a heavier lunch today so breakfast needs to stay 300 or less and I don’t have time to cook up some eggs, bacon and toast (180+80+95=355 with 2 fried eggs). For some reason I want junk so I’ll indulge. Won’t post a pick or say anything about what I’m eating for those who have no willpower ;). But man peanuts, Carmel and nougat all covered in chocolate is gonna be so good with my coffee lol. Now if it would only take away the chest, throat and face pain along with the stuffiness, earache, headache and cough I would be golden lol. Ugh I hate season changes in Oklahoma!
