Starting my new plan today. OWL. First rung. I can and will do this!



Several days ago I changed my stats so I could help a friend figure her kcals out. This is the huge dip in weight you will see in my chart...
171.2 lb Lost so far: 128.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
