First off, I offer my apologizes to anyone I may have offended with my comments. They are not intended to be hurtful. I'm simply sharing my opinion and trying to be helpful. I do not judge anyone's way of eating. Do share what works for me where I am currently in my journey. I make a conscious effort not to criticize what anyone eats or does not eat. Honestly, I don't agree with everything I read here and choose not to comment when I don't. It does seem that some Keto dieters in particular are offended. I sincerely apologize if you are offended by my comments. I embrace some aspects of Keto type diets and incorporate them in my way of eating. I acknowledge that I may not always use the best choice of words and sometimes my comments can be misinterpreted. Please feel free to comment and express how I offended you. I am very interested in hearing from you.

Yesterday I ate under goal and met all activity goals. BF up .2%
152.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi John, I am sure have been guilty of rubbing someone the wrong way in the past when there was no malice intended in my response to them and I too am sorry if their interpretation was incorrect and / or I came across wrong. I am glad you are here and I appreciate your support and encouragement her is FS and in the Fitbit community as well over the years. I do not want to change my diet diet from keto although based on my food entries, clearly I am not keto because I don't want my diet chart log to restart. When I get to my initial goal of 200 lbs, I will change it to "own diet" and continue on with my journey as you are on yours. I appreciate you!

I've never been offended by anything on the site, but I also have thick skin. However, I applaud you for apologizing. Not many people take the time or consideration to do that these days....and it's nice to hear! :)

I am not sure if I missed something or misinterpreted something but I thought I'd share .... I noticed you apologized yesterday on Diablo's post after someone else made a troll comment right after yours. I think the troll comment was directed at Diablo and his hamburger pic, not your hamburger comment. In any case, I thought your comment was funny. My burger is better than your burger kind of thing. I saw this apology and I wondered if it was due to the yesterday thing and thought I'd share my take just in case. Congratulations on reaching your goal and maintaining so conscientiously.

As a species on this globe, Our ability to communicate globally with almost an infinite number of people through social media avenues has grown quickly. As such, it’s hard for me to be offended on social media sites. It’s kind of like people watching and talking on a street corner, you never know who you might meet and or what you might talk about and possibly LEARN from that person! Thick skin will help each of us when we run into those individuals when its just best to bow your head, turn and walk away. CB radios have been a big part of the trucking industry for many years and believe me there is no limit to what one man will say to another while hiding behind a microphone or in this case, keyboard. Sad. Don’t spread your pearls before the dogs.

heheheh.....John the comment wasn't directed at you; folks belonging to the picture police on here. Pie pic earlier this year was evil; crackers in January had people screaming in to the night. It happens. When you combine a photo of a burger and the name D-i-a-b-l-o then all hello kitty can breakout. People seem to forget, if you workout you get to eat more stuff. Sometimes that stuff includes, crackers, pies, burgers. BTW, your posts are enjoyable and I would say "Carry On".
