No gain, but not recording the loss because I don't believe it yet. If I can keep it until next week then I'll record it. I've been up and down the last couple of weeks so we'll see if a downward trend sticks around. My eating habits have been horrible in the evenings so if I can change that maybe the up and down will stop and it will just be down. I need to learn to just say no to cookies. :)
131.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why are evenings so hard? :) Sometimes I find myself just going to bed early right after the kids, so I don't have to deal with the cravings, but I know that isn't always practical.

You never cease to amaze me. Your progress is so steady and REAL. I admire you and should probably start using you as a role model. It's true - hope that helps make your day a little sunnier :)

I had a no gain week to and given the last few weeks or so I'll take it so Woo Hoo to US! One hurdle at a time :-). I hear you on the kids and bedtime... it's that rare moment of freedom and we often do lots of things we shouldn't lol.
