I love gym classes. Today I pitched up with almost zero energy and not much motivation as I was just plain tired. The best thing I did was at least get myself to the class. I was then forced to keep up with the rest of the class. At 30mins beastmode kicked in from and I ended up having a great workout. I think one of the most important things in life is to always get yourself in the correct environment dependant on goals and how you are feeling. Anyway doing great. I am going to make this a lean weekend for me in anticipation of reaching my short-term goal by the end of September 2018. One thing I have seen about setting goals is that your next goal can only be better than the last and you only get better each time you achieve a goal. FS has been great I will carry on with my ultimate quest of single digit body fat by Oct 2019. I will have at least 2 bulking and cutting cycles so hopefully I can make it.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 153.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
