Not working out this week and working more hours, so this is expected... next Saturday, this will go back up!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bodies just don't cooperate, sometimes. But you'll get there. Your progress pics will start resembling Diablo soon enough. :)

Well, YEEEEEEARS is soon enough, eh? :) Just like I'll get to Mordor soon enough. I'll get there when I get there and that will be soon enough. Might be 10 years. It's all good.

Yeah well, oh duffers like me need to move a little to keep the pump working. I'll not be lifting any time soon though I suppose there might be a gym somewhere on this island. I will be doing strength training via DVDs (once I get them back from my hanai daughter). Maybe next year on the lifting. I did love weighted squats for some reason. Made me feel like I could lift the world.
