Day 3 of Water fast...56 hours to next chekpoint...I've lost four pounds and feel ok...Drivin' on.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   steady weight

Congratulations on your success! You are a "Rock Star!" I was only able to 'water fast' for 20 hours on Friday and then had a protein drink. I don't NEED the protein drink. I'm actually not hungry on the water fast, but 'mentally' I 'want something'. I wish I had the 'willpower' you have. Taking 1 hour jogs does help me 'kick up' my results. I plan to 'water fast' for 20 hours on Monday and start the day off with a 5 mile run.
