I did it! I waited it out, ate properly, and the weight came off!! Today is a 2 pound drop after days of holding my own. What a pleasure to see it pay off.
264.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
