Grey and rainy week. Not too bad outcome. The sky looks lighter today, and I feel a fire inside to attach again.

The 31 mile hard pace bicycle ride did come with a bit of after effects. Listened to a doc who specialize in fat loss, and he said many stall with stressful exercise. The due to the stress cancels fat loss. This put me back on track, of making sure I do my activity at a joyful, recreational pace again.

Heading for more beef and sardines the upcoming week. Feel my omega balance is a bit too much on the six side.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 115.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I haven’t noticed a stall with more exercise. I do know that when I’m stressed in general I don’t seem to lose as much. I stress over getting to the gym sometimes or rush through which doesn’t help much. Did he say if it’s because your body adapts to the more stressful exercise? I’ve heard that but haven’t been at it long enough to know if it’s true for me.

excessive exercise with not enough calories can be more stressful, enough to get that response as well as over exercising your muscles without enough recovery time for the muscles to recover.

baskington Think you're right. Thanks. Not enough recovery time, and need to eat more. Will try that.

peeperjj Think I did a too long trip. Thought of doing a trip today, but the body does not feel ready yet. Will just 'sit under the tree' for some days, till ready. 😉 Good for some things though, as I get a lot of cleaning and maintenance work done.
