I'm learning each day which things I could have done differently by looking at my food journal. this is really helping me! My boyfriend was really impressed by the cook book feature on the app and thought I was a genius for having all the calories laid out! ha smoke and mirrors...
227.0 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
