Weighed in this morning @ 170, quite not sure how accurate it is as I still have my ankle cast. Hopefully on Monday they will replace with a smaller cast after the stitches are removed.

Maintained my workout program, but only with upper body exercises. Burned 600+ Cals & made room for Lunch.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
