Lotsa walking yesterday, forced myself to limit noon walk, reserving energy for back to school night (!). Succeeded in attending, despite pain, Interacting w/other parents, supporting boy’s mom ( as she is fundraising chair). And continued signs that this school is matched well with boy’s needs.

Now, back to cleaning my shit up. Brain Tumor group. Monday. So get counselor pre-auth done today. Or the group wrath shall descend. Lol.
Continue supps protocol. Attribute edema to extra walking yesterday. High tops on starting 1000. To get outside several X.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
