I have pretty bad joint pain too from arthritis I’ve had starting at the age of 18 in an ankle joint (I’m now 55). Now it’s from my TMJs (in the jaw) all the way down to my ankles, and many joints in between. My point is, I feel your pain. I started taking a natural anti-inflammatory for my extensive arthritic pain. It’s called turmeric (with black pepper to help absorbption...very important). I’ve been taking it about 9 months and it’s made a huge difference in my life. My pain and swelling is MUCH more manageable so it allows me to exercise vigorously everyday. **Caution** Tumeric is also a natural blood thinner so if you’re taking a blood thinner from your doctor do NOT take tumeric until talking to your doctor. I get bruises very easily but they’re worth it because of the ease of the pain. I get the tumeric on Amazon.com but you can get it at Walmart, drug stores and probably your grocery stores. You’re doing great! Keep it up!
