Good start to the weeks weigh ins. After fires razing much of the countryside to South, forecast is now for rain for 2 weeks solid, which will wash a lot of soil away. So many people hurting here. Hay burned, livestock lost, lots burned out of their homes.... Horrible situation. Pray for the Lakes district.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
