13/115

Made -what is becoming a signature dish for me - cheese, onion & potato pie for the family OTony's sister Jenny & her hubby Ian were here) yesterday. I'd overbought basic stir fry veg, so I put those in too. Everyone enjoyed it - I had scrambled eggs. I have to think of ways to get my vegetarian husband to eat vegetables. He will eat roasted veg, preferably in a curry, but other than that he's a 'potatoes are the only veg worth eating' man.

I'm pleased that my weight has stayed the same. At the moment I'm swinging between constipation and diarrhoea. Before I had my gall bladder removed I never knew that you could have both at the same time! (TMI)
185.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi minitata. I found after having mine removed that the weight just piled on much easier 🙁

Interesting. I've found absolutely no difference to anything since I had my gallbladder removed - except I no longer suffer with "heartburn" (which was actually gallbladder pain). Well done at sneaking veggies into hubby's pie!

I'd managed to stand the pain for a long time Doobrie. I'd had several ultrasounds and nothing was found - even the day before the op. When he got in there it was gangrenous. I'd always thought that I had a very low pain threshold.
