Been spot on with my tracking since the 2.5 lb. uptick, need to stay accountable and focused. I've weighed in a twice since then (same time, two different days) and I logged the higher of the two numbers (because I think the lower from today's weigh-in is a fluke, only time will tell)
174.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
