I know I'm not supposed to obsess over daily weigh-ins, but I hate it when it goes up on a day when I'm convinced it will go down.
I ruined the steaks last night for the big supper we were having with friends. I suppose I should email them and apologize. :)

One of the things I do that really helps me lose weight and feel good is to have low carb cheese cake for breakfast. Yes I said cheesecake. The high fat content sticks with you much better than eggs and it feels so decadent. I love sitting there thinking "I'm on a diet and I'm having cheesecake for breakfast". It's really easy to make and there are so many varieties. I always lose weight when I do this and it helps keep other cravings in check.
