Well I finally lost two more pounds. I haven't decreased my calorie count. I really didn't wanna go lower than 1300 calories a day.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't lower your cals that will put you into starvation mode. Try moving around more. Do some exercises that will help you firm up. Strength training exercises. Utube has some exercises you can do without weights.
