Enjoyed a wonderful holiday weekend-stayed at the G.N - had a wonderful dinner buffet. And at the Hard Rock a super ice cream sunday after the concert. Got to see the Jacksons and Earth Wind and Fire group. Monique brought 2 cheese cake from a friend and she did not like them and only really tasted them and of course it was left to me to not let them go to waste. I finished off the chocolate cookie and a little on the mango cheese cake remains for tonight. I had a lot of potato chips and Honey nut cheerios. Bad eating all around. I did take a bag of carrots with me on the trip but did not eat any. For the past few nights I have been dining on Nachos for dinner. I enjoyed three different weekends of traveling to AC - with more to come.
