I think I am done with the adding of water weight, see how it levels out over the next few days. Basically IF yesterday just coffee sugar and cream in the morning and just coffee and cream in the afternoon. Still have the tightening in my calf's and feet. Lot of mucus build up too, probably from all the dairy I had the other day. No muscle cramping yet today so that is a good thing. Getting my tanks going until I have to leave for my ultra sound today and grabbing my lab work I had asked her to check my mineral levels I don't know what else she checked. Still doing low dose potassium supplimentation along with my regular calcium magnesium and b vitamins. No added salt. that may have been a problem too
129.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Minitata and Marylaz Today was a pretty good day. got my ultra sound and my labs. Ate chicken on and off today. spicey chicken for dinner. legs still tightening and I don't know what is up with that. If I feel good tomarrow I may start back in my exercise routine. I have had it resting all the time I am not doing my fish tanks or cooking.Bored.

Maybe watching videos of jet ski races. I googled and found last year's races. Very exciting sport. You must be very proud :-)

ps, is there a reason you don't use lite salt? it's basically 50/50 potassium sodium

I have a large container of bulk potassium so I am using it. I did not use it often before as I figured I had enough from my meat eating. but trying different things so I am using it. I have so many salts around here I got to use them up. While I am proud of my son and his wife I would have a hard time sitting through video's I need more activity. I actually enjoy working out.
