Official Weekly Weigh-In

Oops!! Well, what can I say? My exam is this afternoon, and I was stressed to the point of feeling sick last night, and basically sedated myself with food and wine...

However, looking on the bright side, I am still down a pound week-on-week and looking at my BMI, I'm down another point, to 26 - only just overweight now!!

OK - I'd better get on with some last-minute cramming ready for this afternoon. Wish me luck!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wishing you lots of luck for this afternoon, Leanne! Just think in a few hours you will be able to go yippee... so just keep calm and you will be absolutely fine. ;o) I'm sure those few extra calories last night will do you no harm at all and you will be back down there again within a day or so. :o) Hope everything goes well for you... Exams are definitely stressful. Your self-medication with food and wine was certainly forgiveable and I am sure any residual gain on the scale will be whisked away in no time. Best of luck with your exams!

I'm back - 'tis over, thank goodness!! It was hard (to be expected), but not as hideous as it could have been - that doesn't guarantee and pass, but I've got to wait until July to find out, so there's no point worrying about that now! I'm feeling great, and for the first time ever, have not followed an exam with a big celebratory meal and wine. I've had a lovely, healthy meal, and I'm not going to bother with wine - I think I had it in advance instead! ;) Thanks for all your good luck wishes - I'm sure all your positive energy will have helped!! :D

yay! glad the stressor is over! bravo for resisting the usual celebratory/ destressing liquid-remedy..maybe you can celebrate with some good workout and sleep!
