last weigh in for a few days, traveling.

up at 3:30 to start the day. trying to get in some exercise before heading to Indiana.

Will try to eat healthy on the road. Hope you all have a great few days.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am waking up at 5 and I am tired 😴

I'm tired too 😴. I find that 5:30 is the sweat spot. Waking up in the 4s, is just unnatural. "Fortunately" I couldn't sleep and got some work done 😁. Running today, since I'll likely use hotel gym equipment on the road.

Well, at least you are exercising early in the morning, I wake up and do nothing the first hour and a half haha
