soooo I'm officially lower than I've ever gotten...come on ONEderland!!! and i didn't eat enough the last two days cause I've been busy and BAM couldn't sleep again last night...woke up at 11pm wide awake and several times after that....drank a protein shake and managed 2-3 hours sleep after that but then was wide awake again
207.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
