Really been steppin it up, I had been slackin on working out. But have gotten back into it now. I have also realized that I want to reset my goal. Now that I know it is obtainable, I would like to be 160.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.8 lb a week
