This is the new start of dieting. I'm going to try to just limit everything I eat. So 1 Diet Coke a day & 3 a week. 3/4 of burrito at chipotle. NO FAST FOOD (burger king, mcdonald's, wendy's, taco bell, whataburger,etc)
202.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

It's so hard isn't it? I am a taco bell addict myself. I just started tracking what I ate and really made sure to stay within my limit. I was beyond starving and miserable about the first week..maybe a little less. Now I cant seem to fill my daily requirement for calories. One thing I did do is allow myself a cheat meal and that helped. You have my support!
