Did I read those numbers right? I lost?! WOW! Step 1 accomplished! Thanks to all my friends out there, (and a terribly physical new second job!) I now work at an all-you-can-eat buffet and while some of the food looks pretty good and I've had some tempting thoughts, I just keep thinking that if I eat there, (since I get an employee discount and all), then all the running around I do at work is in vain. I really hustle at work, running back and forth and back and forth all day. This job pays pennies but I needed to be forced into something physical.

Does anyone have any suggestions to ease the pain in my feet and legs after running around for 8 hours straight? Day 1 of work I was ok and my feet hurt, but day 2 and my feet still hurt from the day before and added a whole days worth of pain on top of that. My husband massages my feet, and it feels great when he does it, but as soon as he stops, the pain comes back! Any help would be great!

Try Soaking your feet in warm water that has had Epsom's Salt dissolved in it (make the water hot to dissolve the salt). Works wonders to relax you as well. Be sure to get adequate sleep as well for your body to rejuvenate after a long day's work. Good job on keeping busy and getting paid for it! What a great incentive to exercise!
