Too much eating out this past week. I made good choices most of the time, but feel heavy/bloated/tired today. I've eaten pasta and bread for the first time in weeks, and that's weighing me down, too. I haven't gone up much in weight (2 ounces) but the way I feel is what I'm considering today.

Starting off right with some protein and tea for breakfast. I'll do some lifting and walk the dog. Get back on track. Weekends are hard for me as I have a good schedule during the work week then when the weekend comes it all falls apart. I need better resolve.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
