This is what happens when you ignore FatSecret!!!! Lesson learned the hard way. Ugh 😑
198.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I put on a couple overnight. My calories were on, I think it's due to eating out. The uncertainty of portion and that, plus the high salt content. Temporary setbacks, that's all we've got. Get back down tomorrow! 😁👍
