Well, I'm up a pound this week, but it's still my TOM, and that's way better than the 7 pounds I was up Sunday! At least I know next week I'll have a good weigh in!

***Update***

I had a really late breakfast today. I know there will be cake an other sorts of badness at the my cousin's baby shower, so I decided to have a bigger breakfast, so I won't be hungry when I get there. I made French Toast with non-fat yogurt and 2% milk, instead of using heavy cream. Instead of having syrup, I sliced some strawberries and put xylitol on them. Very yummy and very filling. Well, I gotta go!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

me too! weight's a little up, TOM, and not a great workout-week...next week's gotta be better!!! collectively, we'll have a scale jackpot winning!!!!

LOL at bully's "golden key" comment! Hehehe. I'm starting to believe it though! If we are all in the same boat then I'd better stay in the middle cause my huge gain could sink us all! Your French Toast sounds delightful. I will have to make some soon.
