Wrote down and forgot to log. Pizza a few times, lots of carbs and sodium. I’m ok with 135 for now even if some or none of it is water weight. I can wear my 5/6 that I bought a couple years ago and didn’t get to wear so I can enjoy that nsv for awhile longer. Haven’t tried my old 5’s as they’ve been washed so many times I know they’ve shrunk. Have had them probably 14-15 years and wore them 9-10 of those years. Faded, some knees ripped out and most were tight at 120-125 so I think they fit more like a 1-3. Plus those were before all this stretch nonsense. Normal denim doesn’t give lol. I’d prefer to be able to sit and breathe at the same time for now so I’ll keep those jeans waiting for another day :). Happy Hump Day all!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
