Hmmm wrong day for a jump. Perhaps water retention because of all the stuff I did yesterday? Not lifting but I did move a ton of boxes and furniture. Doubled my usual steps and it didn’t even count the steps while I carried things. Friday it should be down again if it’s because of yesterday. I like predictability!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
