Not too bad for this week. I did REALLY bad with sweets. Everyday it seemed there was some kind of dessert option. The plus is I didn't gain any weight and I was sure I would. I didn't lose any though and that's the downside. I'm going to try to do better this week...after today of course. :)

Also, this week was a birthday party, olympic celebration, and having friends and family over, and memorial day-ahhh!
