Fishingwidow's Journal, 26 August 2018

It has been a week of ups and downs but I have a small loss for the week. Going away for the labor day holiday. A mini visit and last fling of the summer so my goal will be to hold steady and not gain as I am not a fast loser. So have a nice Sunday all!
192.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
