Not much of a surprise here following my cheat day yesterday. Will get back into it tomorrow. I am considering paying for 1 month F45 together with a strict diet and see how I go. my Cardio is up and down mostly down but I have managed to loose weight without too much of it so I am happy.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 139.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you can get a 2 week free trial at an F45 club to see if you like it first. I love it but that's no secret, my body shape has changed dramatically since starting it 3 months ago
