My scale is laughing at me right now 🙄🙄 Guess I’ll get to the 150s another day
160.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel! I have been stuck in the 160s for months. The closer I get to 150 the slower it seems to go 😭. You will get there soon! 😊

Loveshop hang in there! We gotta work even harder now! And Spencer I feel ya. I got stuck for awhile too! But eventually your body has to let go!!

Adef I did!! Lol even took off my glasses! LOL!! Jenjabba I eded up guzzling some water after. I forgot to take my vitamin last night 🤭🤫 I drank extra flyby (electrolytes) this morning too :)

I bet that scale is just trying to build up the anticipation for your great accomplishment - maybe there will be fanfare from it when it decides to give you your due! Keep on going!!!!

Nikeit that’s probably the case! Lol I think I’m going to skip my weigh in tomorrow. Then I’ll weigh in on Monday and measure too. I forgot last week.

Maybe someone needs to invent a scale that has a personality! I'm not sure I would like being laughed at by my scale some mornings though! Maybe if it laughed and said "good job!" or "atta girl!" when I actually lost. Short people like me have another gage than the scale: its the steering wheel! I don't have to sit so close to the steering wheel to reach the gas pedal! I'm so pleased!

Well done, that’s brilliant. I’m stuck with the same 2lbs for weeks! Up/down and again. I want to get into the 11stones, U.K., 167 & below, I’ve been 168 169 for weeks! Hopefully this is the week it will happen. I’ve just added this app today, for extra insensitive x

Good luck Yoyonomore! That has happened to me a few times! You could try dropping the carbs a lill lower just to see if that helps for a few days or maybe push your breakfast and lunch together so you have less insulin spikes. Those things have worked for me anyway. Worth a try!

Yes I have been trying to lower my carbs, I normally only eat carbs from veg. Recently I’ve been having Greek yogurt with seeds to try and see if I lose anything by changing my food. No change. Still the same 2lb. I’m wandering if it’s my meds. I’m diabetic, hypothyroidism and a part time wheelchair user. I’m in chronic pain all the time so I can’t exercise, but lots worse off than me. I’ve lost 32lb but I really need this 16lb to get out of the obese category. Yesterday I fasted 22 hours and I’m up to 16 today and can hopefully wait another few hours. In the past when I’ve been in ketosis I’ve had one meal a day and it worked for a while. Sorry I’m going on a bit x

sometimes changing it up with a fast or IF can trigger things, but don't go too low on calories Yoyo. are you eating enough protein??
