I have gained 7 pounds and I am not happy about that one little bit. I am going to get back on track. My iPad will make that so much easier I hope.

I think we all go through this at time. I gained about 5 after having surgery this past Tuesday. I haven't gotten back on the scale since, but had started to work out again. I'm just limited due to my surgery. At any rate, you can do it. Just remember, it's all about you! Good luck!!!
