Great Friday———

WOD- Burpees for Breakfast 🍳

• 10 BB Thrusters
• 10 Jump Over Burpees
• 100 Jump Rope

• 20 Thrusters
• 20 Burpees
• 100 Jump Rope

• 30 Thrusters
• 30 Burpees
• 100 Jump Rope

Takes about 12 to 13 Minutes

Deadlift- 5 sets, 4 reps, increase weight

Calories-480, 45 minutes

Time to attack Breakfast!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
