I feel so much better eating LCHF. The edema in my calves and feet that built up during my vacation is finally gone and my sciatica has quieted back down. PT is going well, too. Back on track...
224.5 lb Lost so far: 60.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am glad you are doing better and next time you feel a need for something you should not have post here to get some support. You need to stay the coarse so your med's can be stable and eventually reduced.
