Good morning everyone. I am waking up feeling so refreshed! I was super tired after a busy weekend and Monday. My son came up for my birthday, and super surprised me with a sit down banquet of friends and all foods I could eat! it was amazing. Then yesterday I traveled out of town for a medical appointment. so last night I fell into bed about 8:30. I have not EVER slept this long - and I,did not wake up groggy! Funny thing is that I volunteer at a hospital, and we have monthly community seminars. the topic for today - sleep. HaHa!

Who knows how to,post a picture? I wanted to post my fitbit sleep photo. Anyway, I slept for 11 hours and 37 minutes. Guess I am caught up now!

Thanks for the photo tip! And no, the Fitbit diagram does not reflect my regular sleep. I usually average about 7 hours each night.
